Refund Policy
To request a full refund of your course, please send an email to: info@bpi-tx.com Include your confirmation email OR order/invoice number, course name and refund amount within 72 hours of when the course is scheduled to start.
Delivery Policy
In-Person courses will be delivered at the location of the event. In the case that you are registered for an event, yet are unable to attend, you will need to send an email to info@bpi-tx.com and include your confirmation email OR order/invoice number and course name within 72 hours of the date/time that your course is scheduled to start. We will attempt to either switch your course to an online event, a recorded event (if available) or simply refund the charges for the course.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling your registration only releases your seat for this event. It will not refund your money. Request a full refund by sending an email to: north@bpi-tx.com. Include your confirmation email OR order/invoice number, course name and refund amount.
