Exhibitor Booths and Sponsorships
(All options include display of sponsor’s logo on BPI’s website and in email communications promoting that event, plus contact information to be included in a “Resource List” sent to participants after each BPI event.)
Exhibitor Showcase
Booths are approx. 6′ deep by 8′ wide. Booth fee includes one draped 6′ table, chair, trash can, electricity (if desired) and allows for one attendant (including lunch) for that booth. Additional booth attendants are an extra fee of $100 per person. Logo will also appear on our website and in email communications promoting that event. Plus one contact person and/or website link to be included in a “Resource List” that will be emailed to participants after each BPI, as well as posted on our website under that event. NOTE: All Exhibitor Showcases are for 3 days. Some of our locations have more limited exhibitor space, so sign up early to make sure you have a spot at each event!

Break Sponsorships
A large sign with sponsor’s logo will be displayed (each selected day) at the beverage center for in-person participants. Logo will also appear on our website and in email communications promoting that event. Plus one contact person and/or website link to be included in a “Resource List” that will be emailed to participants after each BPI, as well as posted on our website under that event. Break sponsor fee is $500 per day. (BPI events are typically 3 days except for our North TX BPI event which is 4 days.)
FAQs
On the day prior to the event starting, the pipe and drape company will come setup the booths and tables sometime in the afternoon. Exhibitors can come after 4:00pm to set up their stuff. Look for your logo sign hanging from the top of your assigned booth. Otherwise we recommend arriving early the morning the event starts. We encourage everyone to set up prior to 7:30am as many students show up early for coffee and to avoid traffic. Booth takedown is during or right after lunch on Day 3 of each event.
We will post a program schedule that can be downloaded ahead of time on each BPI event location page. We will also have printed schedules on each exhibitor booth table so you’ll know exact break times in the Exhibitor Showcase area.
Because this is an educational session, and not a conference, BPI doesn’t give out lists of students’ names. However we will send participants a “Resource Contact List” so they have YOUR contact information for future follow-up. We encourage exhibitors to have business cards to pass out to participants that stop by. Another idea is to ask them for their business cards and/or have signup sheets that participants can jot down their contact info. for you to reach out to later. Students LOVE candy so that’s always good way to encourage them to stop by your booth!
One of the best ways for participants to remember your company is taking home a special promotional item! Many exhibitors have promotional items set out on their booth table. BPI also gives away daily prizes to in-person students and often companies like to include special prize items with our BPI themed goodies. Some exhibitors hold their own raffle for prizes and some donate special grand prizes for BPI to raffle. We LOVE promoting our exhibitors and sponsors so if your company has something special to make your BPI experience more memorable, we’re more than happy to promote it! Simply email us before the upcoming BPI event and let us know the give-a-way prize and we’ll be happy to market it and your company!
