Exhibitor Showcase

Booths are 6′ deep by 8′ wide. Booth fee includes one draped table and allows for one attendant (including lunch) for that booth. Additional booths, booth attendants and electricity are an extra fee. Please note, booth space is limited at our Houston and Austin events!

Breaks and/or Lunch Sponsorships

A large sign with sponsor’s logo will be displayed at the beverage center and/or lunch area for in-person participants. Logo will also appear on our website promoting that event. Please note, lunch is only provided on-site at our Houston and Austin events.
