How the Registration Process Works

STEP 1
The Houston BPI video recorded courses are $150 each. (TAS requires both days for certificate completion, so both courses will need to be purchased individually to get full credit.) To purchase a course, click the “Register Now” button from the selection of courses below. Then complete the registration form to register and pay for each video recording through BPI/BOAT via Paypal (or credit card).

STEP 2
Once BPI/BOAT confirms payment, a link will be emailed to you with the video link and password to access the recording. Please make sure your email system does not block this or put it in the junk/spam folder. Registration Steps 1 and 2 must be completed to access this course recording!

STEP 3
Once you have access to the course video recording, you can start your training. You can start/stop each video as often as needed.

STEP 4
Once you’ve completed the course, email info@bpi-tx.com and BPI will send you a certificate of completion.

2018 IBC Mixed Uses and Occupancies
This course discusses the concept of mixed occupancies in a building and the applicable code requirements in of the 2015 International Building Code. The course covers the various design options available in the IBC for treating mixed occupancies and the provisions for accessory and incidental uses. This course compares the differences between the design options, including the relative advantages and disadvantages for each option. This course will also address application of the 2015 International Fire Code when dealing with a mixed occupancy building.
